Cherry Hill Plumbing & Heating

I recently hired Cherry Hill Plumbing and Heating to repair my main water service valve. Mark showed up on time and completed the repair for a very competitive price. I'll definitely be using them again for future plumbing issues and would highly recommend!

This was a fantastic experience thanks to the owner of Cherry Hill Pumbing, Mark Ellis. Over a year ago Cherry Hill installed a new wax seal under one of our toilets. Though the seal seemed to be okay, Mark had his employee replace the seal and caulk the toilet. Excellent service, on time visit, and a knowledgeable workman. I highly recommend this company and an grateful to have connected with Mark.

I wholeheartedly recommend Cherry Hill Plumbing. I hired them to install a new water intake pipeline from the meter to my house. The Santa Rosa water department had let me know that there was a continuous flow of water – about 34 gallons an hour! - all day and they sent someone to help find the leak. He found a broken intake water pipe in the front of the house by a tree! I called Cherry Hill Plumbing and Mark Hilla arrived and quickly assessed the problem and the solution. A new intake pipe from the meter to the opposite side of the house would be needed to keep the tree roots from destroying the new pipe. The team trenched across the front yard and up to the far side of the house, bringing in new copper piping. The piping went through the crawlspace to attach to the entrance pipe to the whole house. They completed the work in two days, having carefully saved the irrigation system and placed the sump pump pipe in the trench as well. Additionally, they put in an outside faucet near where the new pipe entered the crawlspace. It has a shut off water lever as well and an extra piece to allow a new irrigation system to be added in the future.

Creative, knowledgable, reasonable priced, and friendly - they are the best. We had our heat pump HVAC installed by Cherry Hill and they helped with all the rebates!

I used Mark Hilla's services on 4/11/24 to repair some leaking HW tank supply lines. Mark is very competent in his work and performed the work promptly. However, I did not like that Mark did not provide me with a written quote, and insisted that I pay cash to him directly (check made out to Mark, not Cherry Hill). His price was about $300 more than another estimate, but since I had started the problem solving dialogue with Mark, I felt that I needed to go with him. $685 for about an hour of work (and minimal materials) was kind of steep. Again, Mark seems like a very competent plumber, but I would hesitate using him again due to his monetary approach.

Cherry Plumbing and Heating is wonderful. Mark was able to solve a problem that 2 other plumbers companies could not. I found him very honest and professional. I would definitely call them for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

Mark has been our plumber and heat guy for many years (about 30), both at our home and business. His expertise is beyond reproach and his assistants are always well trained. He communicates well and there are never any "surprises". I highly recommend his service because he is up front and honest with all products and services. The best!!!

My experience with Cherry Hill Plumbing was a very good one. The first person that I was in contact with was Dori Estrella. She was so very nice and extremely helpful. She scheduled my appointment and answered all my questions and follow up questions. She provided excellent customer service and I was so appreciative. She was genuinely desirous of meeting all my needs. She went over and above and beyond to see that I was happy with my service needs. The second correspondence was with Mark Hilla. He, too provided excellent customer service. The installers did a great job and were thorough. I feel that anyone can confidently go forward with their projects and plumbing issues with Cherry Hill Plumbing and know they are in good hands.
